To prepare your proposal, we'll need some key information: the type of work you're looking for, the location, and any plans, photos, or notes you have. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor the scope, materials, and estimated cost to your specific needs.

We’ll provide a formal, easy-to-understand proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, equipment, and any relevant considerations. Proposals are typically returned within a few days and can be signed electronically via DocuSign.
Once you approve the proposal, we require a small deposit of 10% (or $1,000 — whichever is less) to get your project on the schedule. This helps cover upfront planning and material costs, and ensures we’re aligned and ready to move forward. It’s our way of knowing you’re committed — and in return, you’ll know we are too.
